2024 additions have included Richard Bell as chief commercial officer, Ben Pigott as business development director, Chris Turner as sales director of CX and data services, Kalvin Burt as director of creative services, and Pauline Kay as strategic sales lead.
Dimitri Kyprianou, group managing director at Go Inspire, said: “We’re excited to welcome Richard, Ben, Chris, Kalvin, and Pauline to the team.
“Their extensive experience and dedication to delivering innovative solutions will be pivotal as Go Inspire continues its growth trajectory. We’re confident their appointments will help drive the business forward and ensure our clients benefit from exceptional service and results.”
Pauline Kay, who was the first of the five to join in February, has brought 27 years of experience in transactional and multichannel marketing communications. She specialises in highly regulated industries, with expertise in hybrid mail, inbound solutions, and digital transformation.
Kay said: “Go Inspire is a company I have long admired for its innovative transformational solutions and exceptional project management.
“I was thrilled when Dimitri reached out to me. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join such a passionate team that truly puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.
“I’m excited to help build lasting relationships with clients and support major outsourcing projects, mergers, and digital transformation solutions to help drive Go Inspire’s customer-focused approach even further.”
Ben Pigott joined from Paragon, where he was business development manager, in July. He will be leading new business initiatives, ensuring that Go Inspire continues to build key partnerships across multiple sectors.
Pigott said: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with [group operations director] Danny Cook in the past, and his passion for Go Inspire was a major draw for me. The company’s disruptive, customer-centric approach and willingness to innovate sets it apart from the competition.”
Chris Turner, who joined in September, previously held the role of business development director at Sagacity and brings with him experience of working with clients like Tesco, Boots, and BT.
He commented: “Go Inspire’s reputation as an innovative market leader made the decision to join an easy one. The company’s depth of services and commitment to providing real value to clients aligns with my vision. I’m looking forward to helping our clients unlock even more potential and delivering results that matter.”
Richard Bell and Kalvin Burt both joined the business last month.
Bell brings over three decades of experience in the print and communications industry. His career has spanned senior leadership roles in client services, procurement, and commercial strategy. Before joining Go Inspire, he held senior positions at Communisis and Paragon.
“At Go Inspire, my mission is to drive innovative commercial strategies that fuel both profit and sales growth, while responding to the evolving market,” said Bell.
“The intersection of print and digital offers transformative potential for client-customer relationships and Go Inspire is uniquely positioned to lead this charge. The breadth of services, facilities, and brands we work with is truly impressive, and I’m excited to contribute to this exceptional team.”
Creative lead Kalvin Burt brings over 25 years of experience across the creative landscape, including leading onsite and in-house creative teams for major financial services clients and delivering campaigns for household brands, charities, healthcare, and government initiatives.
He previously worked at Paragon for over six years and will work across Go Inspire and Xerox to align the creative team’s expertise.
Burt said: “I’m really excited to join Go Inspire. I’ve always had a passion for creative and have worked across the entire mix of deliverables and sectors throughout my career.
“I look forward to collaborating with the amazing talent and solutions at Go Inspire to deliver exceptional results for our clients and partners alike.”
Go Inspire was acquired in 2022 by Xerox as part of the manufacturer’s strategy to grow its digital services business.
The company recently installed its second Fusion Speed inserter from the Bowe Group to cater for increased mailing volumes realised through further contract wins.
