The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames requires the supply of printing and delivery of electoral registration and election materials.
It is anticipated the contract will be for a period of two years, with the option of an extension of up to 24 months (two twelve month extensions) at the council’s discretion.
The value of the contract, which would start on 1 June 2025 and end on 31 May 2027, is £750,000.

Separately, London Luton Airport (LLA) is looking for bidders to tender for the provision of airport signage. This will be a zero value call off framework with no commitment to spend by LLA, for a three years requirement with the option to extend for a further one plus one years.
The seven lots include signage, bespoke items, and metal fabrications; print, graphics, and reactive signage; civils and highways signage; print supplies and materials; translation services for print and media; digital signage and housings; and signage and flow strategy and design.
Suppliers may bid for one or multiple lots, with the exception of lot 4 – print supplies and materials, as bidders for this lot cannot bid for any of the other lots.
The contract value is listed as £2.8m to £3.5m. It would start on 1 February 2025 and end on 31 January 2030, if extension options were taken.

Finally, NHS Resolution is seeking to procure design and print services, which includes the delivery of corporate reports and publications.
With a listed value of £219,000 to £292,000, this contract would start on 28 February 2025 and end on 27 February 2028.
