Kathryn Scott has taken over from Debbie Brown who, after seven years, has moved internally to a new role as EMEA HR director, DRBG, effective as of 1 July.
In her new role, Scott will also support Canon UK & Ireland in continuing to develop a growth mindset to help the manufacturer realise its mid-term growth ambitions.
Prior to joining Canon, she has held roles at Cisco, Imimobile, Antenna International, Sky, and T-Mobile. She has experience working across a range of both local and international roles and has been exposed to a wide range of change initiatives, including relocations, acquisitions, new start-ups, and restructures.
Scott has been dedicated to delivering a range of people development programmes, including DE&I initiatives, employee engagement activities, and a variety of development interventions.
She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Member of the Institute for Personnel & Development (MCIPD), and also holds accreditations in coaching, counselling, and psychometric testing.
