Ward started in the role in February, replacing Lisa Banton, who has retired. His experience spans 30 years in engineering and manufacturing.

He originally worked in the aerospace sector, before moving on to various managing director and CEO roles in SME subsidiaries of privately owned or public groups across various market sectors and in several countries, including the UK, Japan, and Germany.

Ward’s roles have all been linked to complex, engineered capital equipment.

“I would like to convey my excitement of joining the Bowe Group as managing director for UK and Ireland,” he said.

“I have a great interest in technology and automation and working with talented people and I look forward together with our team to continue to deliver great service and productivity solutions for our customers.
