The paper manufacturer’s new collection spans 28 ranges split across three sections: coated papers, uncoated papers and uncoated whites.
The substrates, which are “designed to take full advantage of the capabilities” of HP Indigo technology, are commercially available with immediate effect from Fedrigoni and Premier Paper.
Among the new papers are recycled products such as Freelife Cento, a 100% recycled premium uncoated range; Sirio Ultra Black, which Fedrigoni said is the blackest on the market; and Sirio Pearl Coal Mine and Rose Gold, the latest additions to the Sirio Pearl range of pearlescent papers.
Also new are Materica Kraft, a sustainable high bulk uncoated paper; and soft touch satin coated range Symbol Tatami.
Each new product is certified with the highest rating of three stars across all categories; runnability, ink adhesion and blanket life. The products are also available in full B2 size.
The new papers have been collated in a swatch book that brings together a gallery of samples printed with HP technology and Indigo inks including Electroink Silver, Premium White and Fluo, IndiChrome and Light Light Black.
Fedrigoni UK commercial manager Ian Braithwaite said: “Our new swatch book features diverse samples of Indigo printing, including CMYK, Black, Silver, White and fluorescents, as well as IndiChrome CMYK.
“Together with the digital gloss varnish and gold digital foil finishes, the latest collection really demonstrates the endless creative possibilities of Fedrigoni paper for HP Indigo presses.”
HP Indigo commercial media manager Evelyn Niebauer added: “Fedrigoni was the first HP Indigo alliance partner in Europe, we are proud to work with such an innovative company and jointly continue delivering new opportunities, innovation and highest quality to our customers.
“This speciality swatch book for HP Indigo technology includes more than 100 certified papers, demonstrating endless possibilities that the combination of Fedrigoni high quality paper and HP Indigo unique Electroink can achieve.”
Last month Fedrigoni launched a new global brand identity that streamlines the different brands within the Fedrigoni Group.
