JDF accreditation means that software complies with CIP4's guidelines for interoperability and will receive a "JDF-certified" mark, which has been developed by CIP4's technical working groups.
The accreditation approves the use of Hiflex's software in the following categories – MIS to pre-press ICS; MIS to conventional printing-sheetfed ICS; base ICS; JMF ICS; and MIS ICS.

Hiflex's management information system (MIS) has been JDF-certified by the CIP4 and Printing Industries of America/Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (PIA/GATF).
