The Castle Donington-based company was placed into administration with KPMG earlier this month following the loss of the UK contract to supply Presstek Dimension platesetters and Anthem processless plates to AB Dick.
KPMG joint administrative receiver Allan Graham said: We received a number of offers for the business, but the proposal presented to us by the management provided security for the eleven employees and was the best option for creditors.
The assets were bought by GOP Finance, but will trade from the same address and use the same telephone number as Graphic and Offset Plates.
