The Edenbridge, Kent-based business, which is part of the Lateral Group, installed the new press at the end of August – a move that has boosted its capacity for digital print, while also allowing it to cut turnaround times on jobs.
According to Jeremy Walters, managing director of Dialogue Solutions, customers are increasing their digital spend thanks to increased confidence in the digital output of such machines as the iGen3.
He added: "We've had some good contract wins. Digital spend is growing and we're driving more traffic through our MarketPower offering."
Walters said the combination of client wins, coupled with a loyal customer base, attributed to the company's decision to buy the press.
"This investment allows us to increase our clients' speed to market for their products and services while also helping to deliver sustainable savings".
Dialogue Solutions's latest iGen installation takes place little more than 12 months after the delivery of its second machine in June last year.
The company's MarketPower allows users to create and order centralised or local printing or digital delivery of any communications campaign or marketing collateral.
