The 100pp title will initially be a one-off issue, and have a print run of 100,000.
London-based Keene Repro will handle repro for the title.
Antiques Roadshow magazine will launch on 2 September, with a cover price of 2.50, and will be available for a period of seven weeks.
A BBC spokeswoman said although the title is initially a one-off, the belief is that it could work as a regular title. "We will see what response we get back from this issue," she said.
The title is the first magazine spin-off for the show since it was first broadcast in 1979.
Its publication will tie-in with the launch of the new series of Antiques Roadshow, which returns to BBC1 on 5 September.
Editor Sue Price said the title would be essential reading for anyone with an interest in discoveries and beautiful treasures.
"Launching a magazine off the back of this compelling series is a reflection of the public's interest in all things reality."
The launch of Antiques Roadshow magazine follows that of another tie-in with long-standing TV favourite BBC Songs of Praise.
Songs of Praise magazine launched on 19 November last year and was also printed by Polestar Chantry.
