Offering print, graphic design and marketing services to brands, the Mansfield business is now on the trail to double in size over the next three years.
It has hired Tina Brown as sales manager and Katie Anderson as marketing manager, while business development manager Sam Collin is set to transfer into a new position as head of business development. The firm is now looking to recruit a social media and PR executive.
Managing director Trent Peek said: “It’s a really exciting time for the business and 2020 already sees us welcome four new team members in completely new job roles.
“Tina will be dedicated to organising and orchestrating our sales strategy for the coming year, supporting the team of four sales people, Katie will focus on CCM’s marketing strategy as well as providing marketing services to customers and Sam will focus on expanding our growing client base.
“After the company buyout last year, it is almost like the stars have aligned. Our current team of staff are the best we have ever had and capable of great things. With that alongside our large investment into technology-driven automation, we are growing our market share at a rapid rate and 2019/20 is set to be our biggest year ever.”
Trading for 20 years, CCM has built its business on a mix of in-house manufacturing and print management services to a variety of brands including homeware retailer The Range, Mainline, Alton Towers and Games Workshop.
It can provide a wide range of printed products for business and promotional use, including leaflets, booklets and business cards. With a team of 18 staff and growing, it is on track to reach £4m turnover this year.
Peek concluded: “We’ve seen a 25% increase in gross profit this year and I don’t see why this, at the very least, can’t continue.”
