Agfa has revealed more details of its Fespa plans, including its fastest Jeti Tauro yet and a new version of the Onset with LED curing.

The Belgium-headquartered manufacturer described the new Jeti Tauro H3300 XUHS printer as “the fastest and most versatile hybrid press” in its lineup, able to handle flexible and rigid materials.

Top speed is 1,280sqm/hr, and the Jeti Tauro H3300 is designed to run 24/7.

The new Onset, the Panthera FB3216, now boasts LED curing. Agfa cited minimal energy usage and high gloss levels on the flatbed, which also features a raft of automation options. The Onset is targeted at the high volume point-of-sale, retail graphics, and corrugated packaging markets.

Fespa also makes the 20th anniversary of Agfa’s Anapurna range, with a new Ciervo H2500 model being shown on its booth.

A Jeti Bronco 3.3m wide UV LED hybrid with six colours plus white will also be on show.

Agfa’s theme for Fespa is ‘Powerful by Nature’.

Arnaud Calleja, vice president of Digital Printing Solutions, hailed the new products and said visitors would “feel the roar of innovation from Agfa”.

He said: “These machines are engineered to deliver unmatched performance, versatility, and automation for print service providers ready to conquer new challenges and thrive in any environment.

“We invite visitors to our stand to experience firsthand how Agfa’s innovations can empower print businesses and unleash their full potential.”

Fespa Global Print Expo takes place at Messe Berlin from 6-9 May.

Agfa is exhibiting in Hall 27, booth D60-D70.
