ESPO has opened a framework for the supply of its catalogue printing requirements, both large and small catalogues, for delivery to the ESPO Distribution Centre in Leicester or other nominated mailing house.
Worth £1.5m, the tender closes at 12pm on 2 May 2025. The contract will then start on 1 June 2025 and end on 31 May 2026.
Lot 1 of the framework is for large and small ESPO catalogues. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 36 months. The total estimated value stated, which excludes VAT, includes the option period.
Further information and details for the buyer are available through Contracts Finder.
Meanwhile, the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) is seeking to appoint a company to provide print, storage, and distribution services.
The EEF produces a range of printed materials, including but not limited to, 10 to 50-page guides and reports, certificates acknowledging schools participating in its funded projects, and merchandise, including pens, lanyards, and roller banners.
It is looking for a company to work with its digital agency to print these materials, store them, and then distribute them on request to its network of research schools around the country, as well as occasionally to other parties.
The appointed company will need to work with the EEF's Evidence Mobilisation team to organise deliveries to its network of research schools.
With a value of £90,000 to £150,000, the closing date is 5pm on 16 May 2025. The contract then starts on 4 August 2025 and ends on 31 July 2028.
Finally, via the government’s Find a Tender service, Angus Council, Dundee City Council, and Perth & Kinross Council have a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider or providers for the provision of electoral services from 2025 initially to 2028 to cover any Scottish parliamentary elections, UK parliamentary elections, local government elections, local government by-elections or referendum.
This is to include the printing and issuing of postal voting packs and printing of ordinary and tendered ballot packs, absent vote personal identifier verification system (PVMS), and printing and postage of poll cards.
With an estimated total value excluding VAT of £1.2m, the contract is divided into lots. Suppliers can either bid for individual lots or Lot 4, which will be an all encompassing service to deliver all requirements of the tender.
The duration for each of the lots is 36 months and the contract is subject to renewal, with two 12-month renewal options.
The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 2pm on 1 May 2025.
The full information, including the breakdowns of what each lot involves, is available via Find a Tender.
