Graham joined the business from Harlow Printing earlier this month.
She had worked at Harlow for more than 27 years in a number of business operation roles, most recently market development manager.
Pureprint said Graham had played a pivotal role in developing a successful methodology for dealing with tenders, and on key public sector frameworks.
“Her expertise in compliance, strategic bid writing, and client-focused solutions has helped shape industry-leading procurement strategies,” Pureprint stated.
Pureprint Group CEO Mark Handford commented: “Helen’s expertise in bid writing and tender management is a fantastic addition to our team.
“Her proven ability to navigate complex procurement processes and drive successful outcomes aligns perfectly with our ambitions for growth.”
He said he was delighted to welcome her to the business, and looked forward to seeing the impact of her strategic approach in strengthening the group’s position across key markets.
Graham said she was thrilled at the fresh opportunity: “I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Harlow Printing, a professional and hugely successful company. However, I am thrilled to join Pureprint Group at such an exciting time in its journey.
“I look forward to collaborating with such a talented team to enhance our bid strategy, drive growth, and further showcase why Pureprint is a leader in the print industry.”
Pureprint will celebrate its centenary next year. The Uckfield-headquartered group employs around 500 and had sales of £71.9m last year.
Pureprint recently bolstered its luxe business with the appointment of former Kingsbury Press sales director Derek Kenney.
