Really Useful Print Company, which specialises in digital and litho printing and has doubled its turnover in the last 18 months, bought the independent printer to strengthen its print and finishing capabilities.
Dave Littlechild, Really Useful Print Company’s managing director, said: "It gives us strength and expertise across the full spectrum of client needs, from print to finishing."
This acquisition marks the company’s sixth in the last decade.
Really Useful Print Company was formed in December 2010 from the merger of three businesses – Morris Printing, Gem Printing and TPM Print. The company offers clients services ranging from design to print.
