They will also cover reducing alcohol in the font solution, using environmentally friendly cleaning materials and moving from mineral inks to vegetable inks.
John Cooper, customer support director and head of the Arjowiggins Graphic technical consultants team, said: "During the course of our normal technical support activities, we have been asked many times if we could provide basic facts and figures to help printers formulate their environmental approach to green printing.
"We have developed the idea into a questionnaire-based audit, in order to give advice that is specific to each printer's situation."
