As part of the an campaign, an event, will be held which aims to set a number of environmental objectives. It will be held in Copenhagen from December 7-18.
Some 3,500 mailers will be distributed on Arjowiggins Graphic's Cyclus grade by sister companies, merchants Antalis and James McNaughton.
They will outline the campaign and give the target audience of designers and print and marketing managers the chance to enter a competition to win a trip to Copenhagen.
Angela De Vorchik, Arjowiggins Graphic UK operational marketing manager, said: "Our aim is to encourage customers to think about the small actions they can take to reduce their own carbon footprint."
The French paper manufacturer has also partnered with Responding To Climate Change (RTCC), an NGO that is dedicated to promote action in adapting to global climate change.
RTCC's latest publication will be printed on Arjowiggins Graphic stock and distributed in the welcome pack to 15,000 delegates.
Cyclus is produced from 100% recycled fibres and Arjowiggins said its manufacturing process requires one tenth of the energy used to produce virgin fibres.
It added the amount of water consumed in producing Cyclus is only one third of that used in manufacturing virgin paper
