We used Fedrigoni’s Freelife Aroma sheet for our Eden CarbonNeutral range of cards and stationery because it fulfilled our criteria exactly in terms of environmental credentials. We wanted completely recyclable and biodegradable environmentally friendly paper and board; however, the unusual dimension of scent was an added bonus.

We were able to select from 20 different fragrances and decided upon the natural scent ‘wet cut grass’, which releases a mowed-lawn fragrance upon touch or when the palm is rubbed across the product.

Freelife Aroma is made of 40% post-consumer waste and 55% FSC-certified fibre, which reflects EDEN’s strict environmental philosophy. It also contains cotton, which gave us the tactile feel we required. The product printed and performed exceptionally well with good colour reproduction across the solids, text and the imagery.
