According to Duplo, as well as creasing and folding, the TCF-375 is capable of stop-perfing in two directions enabling the production of complex promotional and direct mail applications.
The company said the new device was a combination of two existing machines: a Eurofold CF-375 creaser-folder connected to a CP-375 creaser-perforator.
The system uses four individually controllable perfing heads to perforate along the sheet enabling complex on/off/on perfing without the need for a cylinder.
Duplo said the machine has a top speed of 5,000sph depending on the number of operations to be performed.
It will be unveiled at a three-day event, starting on 18 June, to be held at the manufacturer’s showroom in Addlestone, Surrey.
