The business has added Ideal air purifiers and Renz visors to its range, which are available from its online shop, Duplo Supplies.

“We’re very pleased to be able to offer UK printers these products to keep their staff members safe,” said Leyla Lewis, head of telesales and ecommerce.

“With the end of the lockdown in sight and more printers coming back to work and having to ensure social distancing guidelines, it's vital to be able to provide them with the right equipment to keep everyone safe.”

According to Duplo, Ideal has been manufacturing air purifiers for more than a decade and they are highly effective in the removal of viruses, bacteria, pollen, household dust, fine dust, smoke, mould, dust mites, airborne microbes and allergens.

Duplo will initially be stocking three models, consisting of the AP15, AP30 and AP45 which are designed for offices of 15sqm, 30sqm and 45sqm respectively. Pricing starts £259 for the smallest model, rising to £369 for the AP45.

Each model features replaceable HEPA and Active Carbon multilayer filters that last around 12 months.

The Renz visors, meanwhile, meet German ECS (European Certification Service) standard and feature 0.2mm thick PET, which, according to Duplo, can withstand being cleaned by bleach.

The adjustable £13.49 visors feature 15mm thick forehead padding for all day use and anti-fog visors.

“I think there will be a massive change in how people run their businesses and factories now and that masks and visors aren’t going to simply go away once the current pandemic is over,” said Lewis.

“So, we’ve been careful to use our own distribution partners to ensure continuity and high-quality products from the very start.

“We’re also currently looking at other products to promote to the market to be a one stop shop for all offices and factories to be better equipped to return to work.”
