The three-year agreement is expected to reach £500,000 in value. It will cover items including prospectuses, course guides, student handbooks, leaflets, posters, magazines, course materials, forms and other digital work.
The tender document states that the contract "will not include any aspects of the university's in-house reprographics units, nor will it encompass photocopying/desktop printing (both of which are the subject of separate arrangements)."
Six printers are expected to be chosen in total. Companies have until 19 December 2008 to apply.
