The B3 print firm, based in West Sussex, is implementing Optimus 2020 MIS and B2B e-commerce modules. According to Weald managing director Ray Burn, the installation will benefit the firm's customers.
"What we lacked was a robust MIS that would create a reporting structure," he said.
The 1.2m-turnover company has a print management service that targets companies with a print spend of up to 500,000.
"Large print management companies are not always interested in contracts that small and there is a niche market for us," said Burn.
Weald has a workforce of 14 and has just achieved ISO standards 9001 for management systems and 14001 for the environment. It also took delivery of the UK's first Ryobi 520 GX in September 2004.
