The Hertfordshire-based software company is to exhibit the products at the Print Forum for Print Buyers next month. The web-enabled products are aimed at offering companies the necessary IT infrastructure to source print.
According to Access Communications managing director Phil Pateman, the range is unique, as no other product "offers this breadth of software".
"A lot of large companies have gone down the print management route," he said. "They have the staff but they don't have the right IT infrastructure."
The range of software includes procurement workflow management tool Access Markets, which can be used by in-house print purchasing teams or purchasers with no print experience.
"Everything runs through Access Markets," explained Pateman. "It is the main product in the software range."
The suite also includes Access Assets for media asset management, Access Stock for stock management, Access Print for personalised print and Access Projects, a workflow management tool.
Pateman led the team that bought Access Communications earlier this year. He was previously commercial director at Astron, having been a member of the original team that set up the company in 1996.
"My experience with Astron has helped in the development of these products," said Pateman. "So far we have had a lot of interest in the software."
The Print Forum for Print Buyers takes place from 6 to 8 July at Puckrup Hall in Tewkesbury. The event includes a strategic conference programme, one-to-one meetings and networking opportunities.
