WasteQuote is intended to meet the needs of print companies that are looking for a simple one-stop solution for almost any type of waste, the company said.
Most of the quotes will be instant and take account of volume, location and hazard.
WasteCare chief executive Peter Hunt said: "Having received a quote, the client can arrange a collection date and track the waste throughout the collection, treatment and recovery journey."
Last month, the WasteCare Group added 40 jobs across WasteCare and its sister organisation PackCare.
WasteCare, which is targeting a £25m turnover in 2008, collects a wide array of waste materials, including printing solvents and hazardous waste.
The company has also recently added a carbon calculator to its website to allow customers to work out their impact on the environment.
The Garforth, Leeds-based company is part of the Silver Lining Group and employs 300 staff across the UK.
