Walker took previous firm Scorpio Print Finishers into administration in February, but bought its assets with newly created company Pudsey Print Finishers.

Pudsey, which has since changed its name to Scorpio Print Solutions, could be set for a further name change if it is merged with Glynn Print Finishers, although no details have yet been finalised.

Walker said: “We’re looking for something to be resolved by the start of May.”
