The 'Four Festive Shops' campaign features online, email and direct mail activity and offers customers extra partnership card points or a £30 voucher if they spend £75 or more at the stores four times before 20 December.
The direct mail campaign will feature a Christmas planner that customers can take in store.
The campaign was created by Kitcatt Nohr and the print run of around 150,000 mail pieces was handled by Charterhouse.
Waitrose direct marketing manager Neil Stead said: "We hope this new campaign will offer our shoppers some inspiration for their Christmas preparation, as well as rewarding them for their custom."
