At Berlin Messe from 15-18 May, the company will be hosting the 'Virus show', where it will demonstrate the application potential of its products.
Intended for use in clothing manufacture, the inks can be applied using “nearly any” printer and are produced for fashion-focused customers.
Chief executive Beppe Quaglia said: “Virus WOW had its debut last year, and now the product has consolidated all its features, allowing us to optimise its applicative attributes and improve performance.
“Despite all the attempts made to duplicate it, WOW keeps its authenticity and its benefits are tested and confirmed by hundreds of people all over the world that use it every day with great success.
“The product is designed for customers wanting to improve the sustainability of their production processes, which means responsible use of energy, optimisation of machinery and reduction of energy and product consumption.”
According to sales manager Paolo Natali, Virus’ inks have been met with a “signal of interest” in the UK, where printers are seeking out the PVC-free eco-friendly products.
Virus inks are generally be more expensive than regular water-based inks, largely due to the development of its technology, though Quaglia indicated prices would be controlled by the fact users will not consume the ink as quickly.
The company will be found at stand A32, hall 4.1, at Fespa 2018.
