GPMU members at the plant had voted in favour of industrial action short of a strike and stoppages following a dispute over this years pay round (PrintWeek, 11 September).
St Ives Web Division managing director David Emeny was delighted that a satisfactory conclusion had been bought to the dispute.
Production had been unaffected during negotiations, he said.
Emeny said the company had agreed a two-year deal covering pay and flexibility with the workforce.
GPMU deputy general secretary Tony Burke said the settlement was in line with agreements at other St Ives sites.
