GPMU members had voted in favour of industrial action short of a strike and stoppages following a dispute over this years pay round (PrintWeek, 18 September).
St Ives Web Division managing director David Emeny was delighted that a satisfactory conclusion to the dispute had been achieved.
Production had been unaffected during negotiations, he said.
St Ives shares have also gone on a run recently, peaking at a 52-week high of 415p last Friday (19 September).
