The move comes two months after Adare launched a group-wide print management operation, led by Carwin, focusing on multi-million-pound accounts.
The group said it had already won new deals with HBOS, a long-standing customer, and an unnamed insurance group.
However, there have been management changes at Carwin since the launch. PrintWeek has learned that business development director Cameron Moir and director Michael Stallard have left the firm, while finance director Michael Chappell leaves next week.
Adare declined to comment on the departures but said new senior staff would join the group. Its a natural part of evolution and change, said a spokesman.
