Adare claimed that the corporate print management service would be able to offer large blue-chips cost savings running into tens of millions of pounds. Its announcement follows Polestars move into print management last week with its new 4c division (PrintWeek, 24 July).
Adare will offer on-demand printing from On Demand Communications through the groups network of 400 Kall Kwik and Prontaprint centres. Intellidata will oversee data management, Halcyon will provide direct marketing services, Lexicon will specialise in transactional print and e-billing, and Label Converters will provide labels.
Whiteside said this holistic approach would harness the power of the collective 12 Adare companies.
These are world class businesses. This is the next step in the evolution of the Adare Group, he added.
Corporate customers will be able to maintain direct project management control or outsource administration to the Adare Print Management Solution team.
The group, which has sales of 200m, already services HBOS, National Australia Group, Sun Microsystems and the Royal Bank of Scotland and is in negotiations with a number of unnamed blue-chip clients.
