Printers share digital experience at DPW

A series of seminars at Digital Print World (DPW) will present companies that have pushed the boundaries of digital production.Featured firms will include SR Communications, Lloyd James, ProCo Print and Tangent Communications. The Digital in Action sessions will run every day at DPW, which is being held at Earls Court 2 from 18 to 20 October.

ProCo Print managing director Jon Bailey will show how digital personalisation was used in a Land Rover campaign while SR Communications will present its work with image personalisation product Direct Smile. The south-east London company installed the software last year.

Tangent Communications will explain how digital print can be used to develop highly customised mailings. The company has worked with Sainsbury's to target the supermarket's Nectar loyalty card holders. Lloyd James will highlight work it has done for clients including Orange and Greene King.

"Printers want to see digital print in action as well as see digital technology," said DPW show director Richard Gayle.
