Screen will use the show to provide the UK launch for its TruePress 344, first shown at Drupa. Another DI press making its UK debut is the latest version of the Ryobi 3404, the 3404X, shown by Apex Digital Graphics. Other launches include MIS supplier Tharstern's JDF Workflow Connector.
The Digital Print Shop, providing a personalised show guide, will be produced by Xeretex, Objectif Lune and Neusiedler and will make full-colour guides on a Xerox DocuColor 6060.
The London College of Communications will be holding its three-day Futures conference for undergraduates over the course of the show. It aims to attract senior industry figures to provide students with insight into the industry.
In the Quark-sponsored Workflow Cinema and Hewlett-Packard sponsored Digital Output Showcase visitors will hear 30-minute exhibitor presentations.
"We are pleased with the phenomenal interest in this year's DPW," said event manager Richard Gayle.
