Rivals PrintCafe and httprint will join forces in an unusual partnership at next weeks Total Publishing event (10-11 July, Earls Court).
Httprint europe managing director Barry Hibbert and Robert Berkeley, his PrintCafe counterpart, will host a presentation on integrated systems and e-procurement as part of the Online Print Procurement and Management seminar.
There were so many new companies launched last year, causing massive confusion in the industry, said Sharon Hodgson, PrintCafes European marketing manager. We want to explain where were coming from and what we do.
Later this year httprint and PrintCafe will join forces with ControlP to hold further seminars.
ControlP director Daniel Emerson said: We want to evangelise e-processes and e-procurement for print, and provide print buyers and vendors with inside knowledge.
