Premier Paper has re-vamped its board range, assembling a range of brands and other new products under the Essential name, which will launch on the market on 2 April.
"Board is one of our highest profit earners so it made sense to simplify the range and increase our tonnage targets," said Premier Paper product manager Ken Holt.
The range will now comprise Essential Ivory Board, Essential Printers Board and a new brand developed in conjunction with Tullis Russell called Essential Index Board.
Essential Postcard Board, designed specially to meet Post Office specification, and Essential Tinted Printers Board, also form part of the new range. Premier will extend the array of tinted weights at a later stage.
Suppliers of the re-vamped board range include Meersen & Palm, Tullis Russell and Sappis Nash Mill.
