The Essex-based company was facing declining sales and appointed Tenon’s Trevor Binyon as administrator on 29 December. It was bought by Euro Media Solutions, which is headed up by Paul White, on the same day.
Ten redundancies were made at the company in early December but Tenon was unable to confirm if more had been made since the deal.
Martin Austin, director of Tenon, said: "Euro Media Solutions felt that the business had a good future and could see opportunities at the firm but I can’t comment on the exact future plans."
John Ruck, managing director of Bridge Communications, was unavailable for comment. It is unclear what role Paul White plays in the day-to-day running of the company, but Ruck is understood to be the acting manager.
According to PrintWeek’s Top 500, Bridge Communications employed 76 staff and has an annual turnover of £6.8m.
