Polestar has won a 12-month contract to produce The Property Magazine for London Property News.
The first issue was printed web offset at Polestar Colchester last month.
Each issue will be around 84pp with a run of 52,000 copies. It will be perfect bound in-house. The A4 magazine was previously printed by ET Heron.
London Property News general manager Julia Read said the publisher planned to increase both the areas covered and the print run of the magazine in September.
"We felt Polestar would be able to offer the service we require," she added.
She said the firm had decided to change printer because it was looking to cut lead times without compromising on quality.
