Polestar Watmoughs will print 1m weekly copies of ONdigitals new TV listings title, ON7.
The Idle-based plant will print the magazine using a web offset Heidelberg M1000 press and inline stitcher. Printing will begin on the 24 February for the first issue, due to be released on 3 March.
Data will be received at Watmoughs on the Thursday, printing will start on the Friday and will be complete by midday on Tuesday, before being distributed by the following Friday.
ON7, which ONdigital has labelled as the largest weekly mailed product in the world, will be dist-ributed by Polestar to ONdigital customers only, and will not be available in the shops. The first four issues will be free and it will cost 39p thereafter.
ON7, which will be produced by publisher TPD, replaces a monthly title that was also printed by Polestar at the same site.
The TV listings market is a competitive one. Last year IPC Media was forced into a price war to maintain the lead of its title Whats On TV, with a circulation of 1.7m. The arrival of ON7, which will contain listings of both ordinary and digital channels, could put pressure on others publishers.
