The oversized A5 magazine measures 225x173mm, and had an initial print run of over 1.5m. Wyndeham Argent has won the repro contract for the 116pp magazine.
The first edition was given away free from Tuesday this week with IPC titles Woman, Now and Pick Me Up, while the first paid-for edition goes on sale next Thursday (3 May), with a cover price of 35p.
Polestar sales and marketing director James Povey said: "We are absolutely delighted to be producing this magazine. It's the third major IPC weekly launch in a row that we have produced and we're thrilled."
IPC production director Jasper Scott said: "This is very good news for the British print industry."
IPC's launch of TV Easy follows celebrity gossip weekly Pick Me Up and men's weekly Nuts, which are both printed by Polestar.
