Print Design & Graphics (PDG), the Newcastle-based food packaging printer, has moved into a new sector to produce the packaging for Turtle Wax.
The account is worth around 2m and there are plans for a continued relationship.
Joint managing director Gordon Scorer said: "This is not a one-off account for us. All the signs are good and healthy and pointing to a long-term partnership between PDG and Turtle Wax."
The packaging, which is made of heavy-duty Frovi board, is printed on a six-colour Komori Lithrone press and finished on a Bobst. The equipment was purchased in April and August respectively, at a combined cost of 2m.
PDG employs 149 staff and last year had a turnover of 15m.
