Simon Mills joins as divisional sales director, responsible for enhancing the company's service to the corporate sector. Mills previously spent 16 years at Greenaways.
Dan Nolan also joins as divisional sales director, following 11 years in sales at St Ives Westerham. Nolan's role is to further develop annual report and other high-value business.
The company, which recently moved near Canary Wharf, is hoping to capture a bigger share of the corporate annual report business, and the new hires are an expansion to the team.
Chief executive Heath Mason said: "We are very pleased to be joined by two such respected professionals."
Park Communications specialises in reports and accounts, catalogues, and other publications for government and corporate clients. The company, which has 117 employees, moved from its previous site in Hackney to a purpose-built facility near City Airport in east London, in mid-2007.
Moving premises coincided with a major investment in equipment, with the new site and technology together costing £5.5m.
The new kit includes 10-colour and eight-colour perfecting Heidelberg presses with Image Control and CIP3 pre-press interface, a brand new 20-station Perfect and PUR Muller Martini binder with the most advanced Asir3 bar code security system, Technotrans ink pumping and DeRuiter ink mixing.
Park Communications' new building is equipped with environmentally friendly features, including the ability to use vegetable ink and press chemistry with low alcohol content.
The company recently gained ISO14001 environmental accreditation, FSC certification and Carbon Neutral status.
