David Crompton joined the company in January from recently failed Farnborough printer Midas Press.

He has held previous positions at Butler & Tanner, Fulmar Group and Wace, and has also worked in the fashion and corporate sectors as a consultant.

He is joined by Ronan Daly who boasts stints at Park Communications, MPG Impressions and St Ives Westerham Press.
