What positives are you able to draw on from the experiences of 2024?
There’s a real enthusiasm for providing accessible formats and it’s becoming less and less of an afterthought.

What trend (business or technology) do you think has dominated 2024?
In our niche, there’s been a trend in customers to focus more on social impact, quality and service, rather than just on cost.

What do you think will represent the single biggest opportunity for printers in 2025 and why?
For those of us in the business of accessible print, it should be about riding the wave of acknowledgement that accessibility matters.

What are your hopes for 2025?
Following the transition of Pia into an employee-owned business, I really want the management team to keep up the momentum of development for them, their colleagues and for the business.
