Griffiths will visit the Pillans & Waddies plant to "see for himself" productivity improvements that are being made by companies working with ViP.

Griffiths will address the conference when it opens on the evening of 8 July. Other speakers include Polestar chief executive Barry Hibbert, Baird Group operating chief Peter Yates and Hawthornes managing director Gary Kenning.
