The event will feature case studies from print companies, as well as two sessions from manufacturing companies in other sectors that have implemented, and sustained, best practice. Mirror Group Newspapers, Hawthornes, Loxleys and Biddles are among the firms featured.
Vision in Print chief executive Richard Gray said: "It's a case study-based conference so it's not theoretical, it's entirely practical. Companies will be telling it like it is, warts and all."
The event will be held at Warwick University's Scarman Conference Centre and begins on 8 July. Presentations will be made by the minister for small business and enterprise Nigel Griffiths and Polestar chief executive Barry Hibbert. The main conference programme takes place on 9 July.
"This conference is about delivering practical steps," Gray added. "I'm confident that everyone attending will be more enthusiastic about tackling change."
Delegate places cost 220 plus VAT and are limited to 120. See www.visioninprint.co.uk or call HSA Events on 020 7404 5444.
