Cond Nast commercial production manager Paul McCarthy is to take on Keith Clearys former role at M-real.

Cond Nast commercial production manager Paul McCarthy is to take on Keith Cleary's former role at M-real.

McCarthy joins the firm as sales director at the end of next month after almost five years at the publisher, and said he was looking forward to the challenge of being in sales.

M-real Graphics Direct divisional director Andrew Gunman said he was pleased to attract someone from a publisher to the role: "Paul brings a huge amount of knowledge about how publishers perceive paper and how excellent paper can add value to the consumer offering. He will be a key member of a young and enthusiastic sales team which I think customers will enjoy dealing with."

McCarthy's replacement has not been announced yet, because Cond Nast production director Sarah Davidson is currently on holiday.
