The offering, mSure, comes off-the-back of three years of consultation and development with clients and allows them to decide how documents, such as invoices, bills and statements, are mailed to their customer base.
Commercial director Andy Shotton said: "Businesses face real financial and socio-political pressure to reduce expenditure and their impact on the environment.
"Applications such as mSure can help them to act appropriately, enjoy some choice and flexibility and improve customer service."
Shotton said the new service also presents customers with the environmental benefits of opting for electronic mail.
"There are, naturally, environmental benefits to be had from using mSure to make selective use of the email channel and the reporting suite can now be extended to take in an environmental impact analysis which is measured through Mailcom’s ISO 14001-accredited environmental management system," he added.
Mailcom, which has sites in Milton Keynes and Newcastle, employs 260 staff and has a turnover of £12m.
