The Liverpool Post & Echo suffered printing production problems during the first two weeks of its relaunch, causing delays of up to 45 minutes in the newspaper reaching the stands.
A spokesman said standard problems in IT had been taken care of.
"The fact that these problems affected us in the first weeks of relaunch was unfortunate," he said.
