Lake Image's products are predominantly used in digital print and mailing houses, but the company said it now wants to move into the wider commercial print market.
The company is now recruiting for senior developers to work on 2010 launches, the first of which is expected in Q1 next year.
Its first launch for the commercial sector was IntegraVision PQ, which provides commercial printers and label manufacturers with "consistent repeatability".
UK managing director Martin Keats said: "We aim to provide a complete toolset to meet the combined demands of data integrity and print quality inspection."
Lake establishes subsidiary firm
Data integrity specialist Lake Image Systems has launched subsidiary company, Lake Image Web Technologies, in a bid to broaden its supply base.
