The move may herald a wave of consolidation in a market that has suffered a couple of quiet years.
Radius has bought the intellectual property, assets, contracts and goodwill
relating to Isys Keren MIS for an undisclosed sum. Six staff have transferred to Radius.
Isys managing director Noam Tamir said high R&D costs would lead to consolidation: My feeling is youre going to see more consolidation, in fact Im surprised it hasnt happened already.
Radius Solutions managing director Bob Wylie said he had plans for further acquisitions.
Isys, which has 40 Keren customers in the UK, will continue with the other half of its business providing e-learning and utility software.
