The Coventry-based company, which deals with 100m items of mail a year, was pitted against previous contract holder Instant Help, along with Spirit and DP Direct, for the three-year contract.
As well as general direct mail, Inkfish will be responsible for mailing all 150,000 members with newsletters, learning resources and other institute materials.
Director of marketing at ICAEW Sue Best said: “With more than one million mailing items sent out annually, we are delighted to be working with Inkfish to deliver the highest standards of service to our members and stakeholders.”
Inkfish, which is part of the Domestic & General Group, will use its multi-million pound site in Coventry, which incorporates Pitney Bowes and Buhrs intelligent enclosing equipment, as well as Xerox and Océ digital printers, to fulfil the deal.
